Everyone has a powerful voice. But often, we are taught that our voices don’t matter or aren’t “good” enough. Sometimes we silence ourselves out of fear of rejection.
Truthful self-expression has been a lifelong passion. And there was once a time I felt I couldn’t say what I needed to say.
Then came music. It was then that I discovered how important the voice truly is, whether accompanied by written music, or simply when speaking from the heart—performing to audiences, large and small, taught me that when I express myself honestly, it frees those around me to do the same. The voice is a gift, something that aches to be cared for, cultivated, and used, in every possible way.
This philosophy and approach is at the core of my teaching as a vocal coach, in addition I have more than 10 years of professional training, near lifelong experience as a performer and I work as a recording artist. So, whether your goal is to perform with confidence in front of a large audience, have fun as a hobby, serenade a loved one, or simply learn how to express yourself in a healthy way, I’m here to help!
with love,
HH
testimonials
“With Hunter as my voice coach, I feel inspired. . .”
It’s like we’re dancing together. They’re taking me on a journey through terrain I never knew existed, and each turn brings discovery and surprise. They are playful, joyful, and an absolute professional. Even though there’s a 40-year age difference between us, I feel no gap. I’ve already learned so much and there’s so much more that they have to teach.

“Hunter is a great teacher–”
. . . they have helped and continue to help me be a better singer. They have great command and sensitivity of their own voice and therefore are able to perceive what my strengths and weaknesses are as a singer. Hunter is fun, too!
